What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you submit information through my online booking tool you are submitting information to Inspection Support Network (ISN). They have a privacy policy which can be found at https://www.inspectionsupport.com/privacy/.

I use HomeGauge reporting software. Personal information such as names, addresses, and emails are shared between HomeGauge and ISN. HomeGauge has a privacy policy which can be found at https://www.homegauge.com/privacy.html.

This website uses Google Analytics to track web traffic.

Inspection reports contain personal information such as client names, addresses, email addresses, etc. I retain reports indefinitely and may use information within them to contact you in the future. 

If you submit comments publicly through this website, your username, IP address, and email you provide will be stored. Please consider the comment section a public space and if you post something it may remain visible forever.
