Aerial Photography
Get high resolution photos of property from any angle, up to 400′ high. Subject to weather and air traffic control. Great for real estate listings or souvenirs. Price includes photos from the front, rear, sides, and overhead. Custom shots available upon request.

Drywall Screening
During 2001-2009 some drywall imported from China was contaminated. This drywall may give off an odor, cause numerous health problems, and cause metal corrosion, leading to a variety of problems. This drywall is suspected to affect some 100,000 homes across 20 states. For an additional fee, I will inspect a representative number of walls in the home for signs of contaminated drywall. Typically, this involves removing electrical receptacle covers and looking for indications of deterioration of the conductors. For positive identification, a sample will need to be evaluated by a lab at an additional cost.

Pool Inspection
Pools are normally excluded from standard home inspections. For a fee, we will include a pool with your home inspection. Pool inspections include verifying pump operation, an inspection of the electrical components, plumbing, pool structure, grounding and bonding.

Radon Testing
Radon is a cancer-causing, colorless, odorless, radioactive gas. We offer a radon measurement service, to determine the level of radon present. This measurement takes at least 48 hours and requires closed-building conditions. We utilize state of the art devices recognized and approved by the NRPP for radon testing. Tests are performed in accordance with the device manufacturer’s guidelines and devices are calibrated annually. Click here to read more about radon and view a sample report.

Thermography (IR Scanning)
Have us perform a scan of the interior of the home with our infrared camera to look for problems. This can be great for improving a home’s energy efficiency. Missing insulation in exterior walls is unlikely to be spotted by any other means. Finding and correcting these types of problems generally will pay for itself over time, with the money saved on utility bills.
